New CBOT lease 07/31/2006
FDCservers.net LLC has signed a new lease with Chicago Board of Trade for additional server space.
The additional space should be operational in 3rd quarter of 2006 and it will allow FDC to add 1000 new servers.
FDCservers signs up new transit provider 05/26/2006
FDCservers.net has signed new contract with PCCW Global (previously BTNaccess) to provide additional 10Gbit of IP connectivity for its datacenter.
The new connection will go live in early July.
We are very excited that we will be able to offer our customers even more bandwidth and network better network diversity.
new POP - Equinix - CHI 05/1/2006
FDCservers.net LLC has established new POP (point of presence) at Equinix facility in Chicago. The new POP will be used to bring additional bandwidth capacity, peering opportunities and wider selection of internet carriers to FDC customers
Dark fiber setup 04/1/2006
FDCservers.net LLC has singed multi-year lease of dark fiber with Abovenet (www.abovenet.com). The dark fiber will be used as cross connect between our Equinix-CHI POP and our datacenter facility at Chicago Board of Trade
