Dedicated server for VDS

I have bougth a dedicated server for $119 before 7 days. And I have problems with the DNS zone in WHM, which I cannot resolve even I afret 3 reinstall of OS, but that is not the problem. :jumpgrin:

The question would be: As I have paid $119 for a dedicated server can I change to the VDS#2 which costs $39 per month, in fact can you cancel my dedicated server and arrange my to have the VDS#2 for 2 months from those $119 that I have sent you.

I have send few mail regarding this question to sales@fdcservers.net , but I still didn't get the answer.

Most likely you wont get ur $$ back since all payments made are non-refundable.. your situation is a bit different..email the above contacts..worth a try!
