I can not using thme machine. It closes 3 times a day without a reason
I want from you to change my machine. Otherwise, I will not work with you anymore
See it, I did restart server, it come back and then it closed without a reason. There is a problem for 11 days. If you can not solve this problem, please tell me. Also if you do not change my server, give my money back. This server can not online 24 hours
There are 4 eggdrop working on machine, however, it closed all days, Please change my machine amd semprom 2,4 512 ram, if not give my money back
We Setup The Os 3 times, but the fault hasn't ok. Pc contniously shut down, And The mysgl and apache doesnt work too.

I assume you have already contacted FDC's Helpdesk (as you said that OS got reinstalled 3 times), so if you're not getting satisfied with helpdesk's responses, I'd recommend you to e-mail sales@fdcservers.net or petr@fdcservers.net

If you paid using paypal then just cancell the subscription in the paypal transactions menu. Than mail Sales@fdcservers.net to let them know you cancelled your subscription and will not be renewing after it expires.
