Cpanel problems!!!

I`ve payd the fee yesterday 02.02.2005.Today i get an email

I tried to connect with remote desktop how it stands there.But this wasnt succsesful.And i wanted to get Cpanel but i didnt get a Cpanel weblink.

I am new and would be happy if some one can help me Thx.

since you`re running remote desktop I asume you have a windows server. Cpanel doesn`t work with windows

okay ive remoted it yesterday an today its down i cant belive it.I ve send a ticked with reboot as subject.One day online than offline :nuts: .Thats very poor from FDC.But let us see how fast they are. :confused:

dont worry...you will be facing more downtime :rolleyes:

i use vds too.

and right now its down...wonder what happen...

to fdc: please send an email noticing customers when some downtime happen. :(

and guess what....my customer (although a few of them, keep on :nuts: on me *sigh*
