DNS Problems

I seem to be having problems with my dns, it is never fully up. One second it will work and another second it won't. This happens with subdomains too while the main server is up, sometimes even some subdomains work while others don't at the sametime. I'm almost ripping my hair out trying to fix the problem.

I noticed some dns errors on this site:
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=www.nanashi-fansubs.com

anyone know how to fix the errors in cpanel?

I set the dns over a week ago, so I don't think its an error with just giving dns time to work.
