Name Server Problem

I can not delete my name servers. I keep getting an error...
"Sorry, the nameserver ip 67.xxx.xxx.xxx cannot be removing since it is still registered with an ICANN register."
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am using WHM/CPANEL.

Server Setup> Manage NameServer Ips From there I tried clicking the red X and I get that error...

Make sure that your server do not have domains that are using the ip for nameserver.

Otherwise there may be domain(s) that use the ip for nameservers.
If it is under your control you should change them at the registrar.

Personally I do not see any reason why WHM should control this, warning may be adequate but not preventing.

The last resort will be manually editing or deleting the entry in the /etc/nameserverips file.
