how to unistall SourceGuardian For PHP

Hello There Guys, I'm New in this Forum
i would ask, How i can Remove the SourceGuardian ??
when i install fantastico on my server, and i try to open the html address page, then show like this


PHP script /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico/includes/enc_restrictions.inc.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.lin.4.3.10.pxp.
Please read SourceGuardian protected scripts manual.

How ?? please tell me, i need help please, hope u guys, can help me with this problem, couse i try to open Hosting Company, Thanks before
