I recently had my vds moved from the irc side of the netork. I had to request all new ip's. Now last time i did this after requesting the ip's i was told I had to ask for them to apply them in the helpdeskbecause it is a vds. upon making my ticket this is the response i recieved:
This helpdesk is only meant for reboots, reinstalls, reverse dns and connectivity issues only. FDCServers does not provide managed services at this time, unfortunately.
Am i doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Jim
May be you can try in helpdesk into IP Allocation ticket's :D

Put into the helpdesk again this time saying. Do it under general.
I already have the ip's allocated I simply need the helpdesk to bind them to my VDS server. The ip's are xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Thank you.
Tha should get them the right information. Make sure you remember to tell them your main ip though so they know which VDS to put it on. lol
re open the ticket and ask them to bind the ips to your vds! they will understand that :)

Lol don't know what you meant there but thanks. issue has been resolved apparently the person who answered the ticket did not pay attention to the fact that it was a vds thanks all,
Jim
