backup method of choice

Hi, people.

I was wandering what type of backups do the VDS people make for their machines.

I'm kind of a newbie and I have been studying some methods but I would prefer to know about it from people with real experience in FDC's virtual servers.

personally i take all my vds backup to the real dedicated server i have in fdc

but i believe you will be able to get an ftp account from another client at fdc for a very low price
