All domains point to the same domain

guys i'm having a problem here

i have added a reseller account
and have setup a shared ip for him
but all the domains that use this ip point to the last domain added
any clues?

the NameVirtualHost firective was missing from httpd.conf
i placed it manually
wonder why though
it should be there :-(
