Approximately 20 minutes ago the server completely down, please check the server or reboot it.

eh, helpdesk's moody, sometimes it takes 2 minutes for a reply sometimes 30 minutes, all you can do is have pacience :hey:

But you said your server just went down 20 minutes ago. I know that 20 minutes is a long time when you're server's down, but it can take time for them to reboot it.

Just hope it's not something serious :p

there was only one time i had to wait for a reboot and wasent happy with response time/ it was requested late at night and took 5-8 hours. other than that i had reboots in 5-10 min.. im still thinking about sending in a APC reboot port

probably few of us can chip in for a apc reboot switch and send it in and ask FDC to recolate our servers close by so we can plug it in the APC reboot switch

its just the thought of cycling power that kill me. could just be doing more damage than what has already been done... but i guess its not that bad?
