i have e-mailed sales as well as petr, havent got a reply yet so i am posting here so some can answer these questions behalf of fdc.

I am interested in 1 server space/ 100Mbit unmetered port$149/month – FREE SETUP, I want to know few information b4 I precede.



What does free setup includes?

Do I have to send my server with OS?

Do I get control panel?

How many ips do I get?

Do I get free reboots?

Do I get free os install?

How long does it take to setup?

If I send a remote reboot port, will you set it up with my server?

If I get cancel, how do I get my server shipped back to me?

If i ship my server with a remote reboot port, will they install it for me?

I have asked some of these questions before, so I will answer what I can ;).

Do you get a control panel? Yes
Free reboots of course
If you cancel, they will ask you to pay up to $20 for packaging materials to put your server in. You will need to make arrangements with a shipping carrier (UPS, Fedex) to pickup the box from FDC and they (The shipping carrier) will bill you for it.

FDC's DC should be full (well, last I heard there were only a few servers left) so before you order, make sure to ask if theres space available ;).
