psyBNC problems

:help: :help: I have installed psybnc. And it's already running. BUt when I try to disconnect, and connect again to the servers, they'r not responding. And the nick is Ping Timeout. What I know the servers is still running well. It's caused of the port or the version of the psyBNC? :help: :help:

i had exactly the same problem, let me guess your OS is Fedora Core 2 :confused: i really dont know how to fix it, after i changed my OS to FreeBSD everything worked fine, it seems Fedora 2 has some problems with psychoid's

i had something like this on fedora core 2

my fix was going. In psybnc main dir type fellowing:


mv salt.h salt.h.bk
make clean
make
cp salt.h.bk salt.h


NOTE: make sure psybnc isnt running

I have tried your ways that using make clean. It's not working also. So it's casued of the Operating System?

How can fedora makes this fault :confused:

Can anyone tell me the command to type to type when connected on the bnc to enable full logging?
