I submitted a ticket about my colo'ed server being down. They responded with something about a VDS problem, they would e-mail me when the problem was fixed, and to not reopen the ticket.
What does their VDS server have to do with my colo'ed server?
they probably mixed up the response with some other ticket.....just a guess

The techs need to sleep more, or something, because when I was dealing with them they mixed up one of my tickets with someone else. :p

I think it's one part lack of sleep, one part of poorly trained technicians, and one part poor helpdesk system. I'm sure that with all the recent happenings in terms of supposed "lack of customer support" they will be changing things in the future.

Try emailing or pm petr ( bummer <-- forum nick)
You could try the helpdesk number , but good luck if some1 picks up the phone
Also, try opening another ticket..sometimes, they overlook some tickets as they have a bad helpdesk mgmt. system
