Noob: Questions

Hi, I ordered a VDS #2 on saturday, got an email today saying it would be up in 2 hours, so im sitting here waiting now :)

I have a question (I should have asked earlier .. but my forum acct wasnt activated.)

What is the "average" reboot time for a VDS#2 .. ive read people have trouble with rebooting, and it takes 20 mins -> 3 hours .... is that because of a bad system config, or is that usual for VDS?

The reboot time is that long coz of lack of support staff. So when they get lotsa tickets, or don't check that regularly, it increases the response time.
It has nothing to do with the sytem config lol. Since they claim they offer free reboots, so they are entitled to have delays in processing it i guess.

Would there be an aproximate ETA for setup?

I ordered saturday evening, and so far the only emails i have had are replys from sales as answers to questions, and from billing saying a tech has been notified and the server should be online in 2 hours :S

that was 7+ hours ago :'(

Considering work is very slow on weekends, i am sure it shud be setup today as its a new day of the week. Its usually within 24 hrs u get access to it.
