Hi I am trying to make a second login for fedora. I wish for the second login to have all the same persmissions as the root its self. How would I do this?

add the user to the wheel group , so he can then su to root and acquire root privileges

thx, I have been having quite a few problems, I just hope they are clear up soon, or this was a complete waste of time and money.
