IRC DNS ZONE! Urgent Pls

Hello,
How add dns zone for irc customers? I was added cpanel redirection( irc.custsite.com -> ipaddress). But my customers can not connecting irc.custsite.com They are only connecting ip address. Root's some dns functions not running for example: Edit a DNS Zone. I need insert some zone www.irc. :confused:

If their domain is pointing to your nameservers that should work... within the WHM click on Add a DNS zone, then type in irc.domain.com, then enter the IP address and click on create. If your doing it in reg. cPanel, that is DNS for your domain.

Hmm, I've never gotten that before so I don't know. If you have the master WHM there is a thing in there called cluster but I believe that is just to add another server to the WHM. If it's not in there, open a ticket with fdcservers. They should be able to tell you, or set it up for you.

You entered ur own name servers in the wrong field lol ( unless ur linking your name server to another name server else where and hence clustering it)
i.e u entered an ip in WHM>>SERVER SETUP>>EDIT SETUP>>Master Nameserver
It should be blank if no clustering is taking place

You have to enter ur ns1 and ns2 ips in WHM>>SERVER SETUP>>EDIT SETUP>>primary name server and in WHM>>SERVER SETUP>>EDIT SETUP>>Secondary nameserver
Add their respective A records and u will set

Use www.dnsreport.com to check ur domain is setup right or not

make sure u stick with fixed ns1 and ns2 ip, dont feed the name servers one set of values while the registrars has another set of ip's

Parent server (m.gtld-servers.net) says A record is 67.159.11.130, but
authoritative DNS server (67.159.11.130) says it is 208.53.174.35
ns2.sanaldarbem.net.:
Parent server (m.gtld-servers.net) says A record is 67.159.11.131, but
authoritative DNS server (67.159.11.130) says it is 208.53.174.34
ns2.sanaldarbem.net.:
Parent server (m.gtld-servers.net) says A record is 67.159.11.131, but
authoritative DNS server (67.159.11.131) says it is 208.53.174.34
