Network interface connection too slow

When I enter /sbin/mii-tool eth0:

I get eth0: 10baseT-HD, link ok

why is this server not on a 100baseT-FD switch?

How do I place a trouble ticket to guarantee this server is on a 100baseT-FD switch?

I tried to configure the interface to auto negotiate and advertise to the switch and then I rebooted.

nothing changed.

I want confirmation from FDC that this server is on a 100baseT-FD switch
and when I configure the interface it displays the 100mb connection.

It might be a mismatch with the switch and can't auto negotiate to 100mbs FD. Just contact support at: http://www.fdcservers.net/helpdesk and give them your server info and have them check and move you to 100mbs fd.

i checked mine and this is what it returned
