DNS Problems

Hey guys,

Im just wondering, do you know any reason why my .com and .net
domains dont work with the www. infront of them?

Im just wondering because this is becoming a big problem
for my customers and its starting to annoy me aswell..

you need to add ServerAlias in your httpd config for the www

But its cpanel, so its all setup through that..

i use cpanel aswell and i had the same problem on a few accounts

It might be related to your nameservers, but I'm pretty sure cpanel add's cname records, but just in case it didn't, check your zone files for it, on the sites where the issue occurs. Doubt this is the problem, becuase I think it would be something cpanel would do by default, but I don't really know, because i dont let cpanel manage my dns, or do anything else really... hehe.
