CPU Overload

Latley i've been getting a lot of emails from root@servernamehere, saying the server is overloaded, and that the request blablabla maxed out for over 6 hours..

when i run a ps aux on it i found some suspicious stuff;

cpanel 14415 99.9 0.0 3168 1996 ? R May04 1741:22 /usr/bin/perl /scripts/convertemails


why does it keep doing that all the time? because the convertmails thing is always the one eating the cpu

i recently was fixing one of fdc client VDS system, and i found lots of process of that that script running.. Like u said eaching eating abt 1-2% of the cpu hence creating an overload. Now i am not sure, if the script is legit or not since its located in /scripts/ folder. But i manually killed it and brought the server load down
