CP-Wrap Critcal Error (signal 13 from wrapped program)!

My clients are reporting a bug in the mysql database

CP-Wrap Critcal Error (signal 13 from wrapped program)! This may indicate a corrupt admin binary in /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ / unlimited

Does anyone have any idea how i can fix this without losing any data, thanks




Also a while ago i rebooted my server and it did not come back online, FDC gave me access to bring it back online again if the reboot did not work.

Well my server is off again after the reboot, does anyone know how to use the self bootup ?

if ur server is down or inaccessible, only way you can reboot it is :
1) ask FDc tech support to hit the reset button
2) invest in a reboot switch, so that you can telent to the powerbar and flip the switches ( not provided by FDC)

As for your Cp-Wrap issue, please update ur Cpanel to CURRENT build/version and see if it still happens. Also another suggestion by some1 else:

chmod u+rws /usr/local/cpanel/bin/cpwrap
/scripts/upcp --force

Control^C past synching whm binaries when it sticks and continue the upgrade.

Anyways FDC have told me the following about my reboot problem

we geting "broken pipe " msg on reboot

I hope there is a backup, if not then its up to the clients, as i asked them to make backups once a week.

Hopfully soon enough i can upgrade to a dedicated server.
I just need to make sure i can afford special deal 3, if not then i need to get special deal 4 for the time being
