I'm going to be ordering a Dedicated Server within the next 2 weeks and i'd like to know what CPanel is the most popular/best one being used.

i'd say the most popular is cPanel.
Its easy to use on the client side, very easy, but can sometimes cause a mess on the admin side, because it puts configs where you aint used to having them and stuff
