I send msg ,I and I want to someone give me answer on live chat any chat client ,becouse on your website on the contact field is msn ,and icq ,this is unserious for this company who is one of leader in hosting ,I sent 10 mails to someone add me on msn or icq and no replay :((-(
%99.9 of all sales emails get responded to within 24 hours. If you didn`t get a reply you either didn`t send the email to sales@fdc or our responce bounced back.
There will be no sales people on MSN, ICQ oe website chat untill the new server room is setup. There is no point to pay people sit on a chat to tell potentional customers "sorry we`re full"

If you can afford a Dedicated Server, consider it.
Thinking of saving of few bucks on VDS, you might end up loosing more. :hey:
Just a thought!
why can't 3 or 4 people instead of buying separate VDSs can jointly purchase a Dedicated Server and share it.
For Dedicated Servers most of the times support is awesome.Once they did my OS reinstall with in 10 minutes after my request.
I had bitter experiance with their Gigabit file server.
Thats exactly what i did actually. Me and a friend went from the $99 VDS to a stable 2.5ghz 512mb RAM 160 gig HD FreeBSD 5.3 ($155) at a california provider. However we may be moving back to FDC (Getting a dedi) because $155 is alot =\.

Try contacting the sales.
They might give you for the old price.
For me they did.
