Is there any free remote desktop program available for connecting to a Fedora server from a Windows XP machine?

I have learnt on the net that fedora core 3 comes with VNC.

I dont think so... but im not 100% sure... from what i heard it hurts preformance

i got a X11 over SSH with realvnc
it's nice and encrypted

I installed vnc with Yum.

But I don't know how to configure it!
