how to change adduser default permisson ?

too many processes running on the system or the account have too many processes running for what the root have limitated the acc to. contact the root of your system

its not a permission problem..like b4sh stated, ur mahcine is outta resource for numerous reasons.. Some program might had some memory leaks, or u were being attacked, which used up much of your resource etc etc

A quick and simple way would be a reboot and watch for memory usuage after that
