Considering a server.

If you choose the cpanel option do you get WHM (Web Host Manager as well?

LazyDays, cpanel and WHm are both part of Cpanel package.

The WHM is the admin side interface which allows you to configure stuff while the /cpanel is the client end interface, where your clients login.
