Hi JamesLewis,

You should open a ticket to helpdesk (http://www.fdcservers.net/helpdesk/). Also you should not publish IPs on the forums as it's not safe. I would suggest you to remove the ip from your original message.

Thanks - I logged a request on the helpdesk about 2.5 hours ago still waiting so I though I'd log one on here as well in case it was seen quicker! :)

Mine seems to be having problems too..

100Mbps VDS working fine one sec, the next thing, request time out...connection timed out...

opened a ticket with them they said they already rebooted teh VDS and i am supposed to wait 5-10 mins for the reboot

also reopened the ticket with them if it's not accessible,

reopened, 45 mins still no response from them as to what's going on..
if vds is down for a week, will i be compensated for a week?

or will they take it as part ?

you can email sales for compensation, i did when my vds was down 2 days, and got the billing date moved a few days ahead
