i wonder what is so "difficult" in fixing something so easy?

how do you know it is easy? have you seen your server do you know it's exact specs and config, do you know how busy they are, do you know how many people opened up tickets for this problem that they ahve to weed through. how about you stop complaining in at least 5 threads on this forum and just wait patiently rather than trying to provoke some type of forum reaction from bummer or martin of kevin.

If my box is down for 24 hours, I will not "just wait patiently"... So I understand bykte. 1 hour is too long when your customer are waiting for that... 24hours it's amazing..

i fully understand hmorneau, if I pay for a service which doesnt exist, im getting angry also.

But, VDS are not suitable for hosting/customers like someone said before.

LOL Get a new VDS provider. I don't have near these problems with another company. To say that VDS are not meant for hosting is just silly. That is exactly what they are meant for. But fdc VDS are just not being managed very well.

Ok Sorry, I retract that back. I dont wish to be annoying and make so much noise. I will just wait for HelpDesk to solve it.

i agree that FDC isn't a very good VDS provider
i had a VDS down for about a week...
