OK, I have a question about the Web Network Status.

I have a co-lo running a few game servers for my enjoyment which hardly uses anywheres near 2 or 3 mbit. Every day the bandwidth just stops sending to the IP that my servers are on then starts again, like it's been reset or something. It might happen to 1 or 2 servers but not to my Teamspeak or 1 of my other servers that are all on my co-lo machine.

I feel as though there is some kind of governor or limit put on my service which drops my connection if I use my game servers. Like I Said I hardly use anywheres near 2 or 3 mbits a day when this happens and its only started since this new bandwidth was installed. On the Level 3 segment I had no problems except the annoying lag from the bummed out router they used.

So I guess my question would be is there something going on that is causing me to be dropped or governed on my co-lo with this new bandwidth?

Strange problem (especially for the WEB segment), what did support@/helpdesk told you so far? (I suppose you have already contacted them about the problem)

I disagree, but they should do what they can to provide constant stable bandwith the problems with above.net are 10x worse than all the ddos attacks lvl3 received.

Someone needs to dive head first into someone's ass to get the bandwitdth(ISP) issues resolved.

I agree with you. They'd better get there act together, or i'm leaving. I'm already telling people that buying servers from FDC is like buying a remote wind-powered or solar-powered internet connection. Unreliable as hell. I've already talked a bunch of people out of this stupid company, and my wallet doesn't need much of a talking too either. The cancel subscription awaits my clicking if they don't fix the bandwidth issues by 07/14/05.

If you already have such strong feelings against the company. Its probably better you leave. Such feelings isnt going to change. And threats of such.. " fix it by... or i am gone.." wont solve anything.
