A good start is using this website to diagnose any problems
www.dnsreport.com
Mention ur domain here or in pm and then we/I can take a look at it

dns report gave me this:
WARN
No NS A records at nameservers
WARNING: Your nameservers do not include any corresponding A records when asked for your NS records. They probably are not returning the A records when asked, which can prevent some other DNS servers from contacting your DNS servers. They should do this if they are authoritative for those A records. The problem record(s) are:
Nameserver 208.53.170.235 did not provide any IPs
Nameserver 208.53.170.236 did not provide any IPs
Is this really bad for websites, mail servers, and reverse DNS ??
How to fix it please

VPS/LINUX/WHM CPANEL & FANTASTICO
208.53.170.235 and 236 are my own nameservers

Did you contact helpdesk ( VDS category) and ask them to add ur additional 2 ip's? Only they can bind the additional ips to ur box. If you did that, did you fix the bind issues? if not, follow this thread, i don't wanna repeat the steps 100 times ;)
