unexpectedly closed network connection

a costumer cant connect to his user... when we open putty and wrote username and password putty is giving this warning

unexpectedly closed network connection

this user have a unlimited band. what is the problem ? other users dont have any problem. root and the others havent any problem but we are living this problem in that user. what must I do ?

check that the user has a shell, this is the only idea i have ... if the user has nologin as shell putty return an error when you try to connect

check its not blocked by the firewall on his pc?
