adding ip's

Hi all,

I just got my ips from fdc and added them. They all show up on the cpanel list. But if i login to my box and i do a ifconfig -a i dont see any of them.
Can someone help me.

i think cause we ar on a vds?

Yes, if you are on VDS, you CANT ADD the additional ip's. ( due to the nature of virtuozo)
You will have to open a ticket (http://fdcservers.net/helpdesk) with helpdesk, select VDS category and request them to add all your additional ip's

i now have a dedicated box how can i add them manually, i use redhat.
Whats the command to add ips easily in redhat without the use of cpanel.

u can add them at /etc/ips
