dedicated server add more ips

Hi all, i fill in a form to ask more ips and i have got more ips from fdc. How can i add them. WIth wich linux/unix commando from the shell?

ifconfig [if_name] add ip
where [if_name] is the name of the interface
remember to do this command as root :)

Maikel u get this ips or no. If u dont get this ip u need awaiting.
Take 24-48 and u can recieved this ip from DC
