Apache Failure

Hey, Please could someone help me with this problem I am having.

Apache is down, and after a reset it tells me this.

"httpd has failed, please contact the sysadmin."

I also cannot create new accounts in WHM, It says "User Created Succesfully" But then when I go to list accounts, it does not appear.

I am just jumping to conclusions, but I think that it has something to do with Apache being down, I could be wrong.

have u tried, restarting the apache or server itself? i am not linux guru perhaps my friend can help you better, add him on msn tux_image@hotmail.com, someone can solve this for u.

Although i have tried all of the above, fdcservers has just reccomended that we plain and simply re-install the whole damn server -________-

try contacting my friend, maybe he can help b4 u decide to reinstall..
