FDC really should send you in your welcome message to send support requests to them via http://www.fdcservers.net/helpdesk

For security reasons, its best not to reveal you ip address in the forum. I have been noticing a number of new members doing it.

Hopefully FDC could just add a note in the welcome message to remind new clients not to reveal such info on any public media.
