I would first make sure cpanel is up to date. Run /scripts/upcp and if you encounter problems run /scripts/upcp --force, upcp should run on cron daily also. This will check and update everything cpanel requires to run.

This problem is because CPanel is no longer going to be using PNgraph. It will go away when they move the update from current to release. There is nothing wrong with the server.

That's not what I ment. The stop using of PNgraph is still only in Current but Release no longer installs it, however it still looks for it which is why it gives the error.

Your correct, release still looks for it in upcp, but it's no longer needed at least in the freebsd build 11.6.0-RELEASE_15076. But I do see it in the upcp log.

Warning: Cannot install PNGgraph, don't know what it is.
Try the command

i /PNGgraph/

to find objects with matching identifiers.

You could edit the upcp script but not woth the bother.

I doubt PNGgraph is required by cPanel, as according to CPAN it's been deprecated.

http://search.cpan.org/search?module=Chart::PNGgraph

I just editted that line from:
Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules
(Commenting it out didn't work), then ran /scripts/upcp, and it ran fine. Well, except PerlMagick won't install correctly
