Do things you never have time for

Because of the virus, you can't meet your friends in a bar or cafe. Now it's a perfect opportunity to spend some time with your family or flatmates at home. Instead of going to the cinema, make your DIY home cinema. We're sure that you have some desk board games that you have never played before. And what about a book which you got for Christmas? You have more time, don't waste that just for social media. We may never have such an opportunity again. Obviously, everyone hopes.


Breath exercise

  • Sit or lie down in a quiet place.

  • Take a deep breath to the belly through your nose.
  • Hold the breath for 3 – 5 seconds.
  • Slowly exhale through the mouth.
  • Repeat for at least 5 minutes.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Through working from home, you fight against the virus; you are a hero! Every hero deserves some rewards. After you finish some hard tasks, you should treat yourself with everything you like. Chocolate, fruit, one episode of favorite series? In imagination, there's no limitation. But be careful, don't disturb yourself too much from work!

And we don't mean a business call. Social interaction is much more important than ever. You should make a video call with your close friends or parents. Loneliness is a serious problem now and causes many mental issues. One call might help not just you, but it can make someone else happy.
